网站规则具体实施条例
一、注册登陆开户昵称禁止使用国家领导人
名称和一些敏感词汇等，如发现管理人
员立即清退，拒绝登陆！
二、禁止上网发布包含任何外来网址、任何
联系方式、二维码、其他网站名称！如
发现管理人员立即处理删除
三、提倡文明上网，杜绝不雅图文、色情图
片、侵犯他人隐私的言词、禁止乱发商
业信息广告、造谣传谣的帖 子，如发现
不听劝阻者永久禁言。
四、禁止登陆后，一声不吭、要么自诩标榜
吹嘘炫技向大众网民索取预测测项钱财
者，当吹蒙吭诈处理一概逐驱门户，永
久禁言！
五、鼓励预测师凭自己高超的术数技能为网
民提供有价值的咨询服务，收取定量的
咨询费由双方认同，本网平台不干涉和
收取其他费用。
六、为了不影响用户和预测师正常查看和发
出心水帖，禁止他人发表消极溪落的负
面内容、重帖、空帖、辱骂等不雅言词
杜绝马后炮发帖！如发现多次不听劝阻
者永久禁言！
七、彩票投注、风险尚存。凡论坛里所有易
友和彩迷按照本坛预测师所提供的预测
结果为依据，无论以任何方式在任何地
方投注所产生的任何结果一切风险由投
注者本人自负，预测师概不敢担任何法
律连带责任！但可分享投注者因预测结
